Welcome to StrongStart BC
is a free early learning program for all children aged 0 to 5 in British Columbia. The drop-in program is designed to prepare children for success when the time comes for their transition into Kindergarten.
Within the Greater Victoria District, there are six StrongStart centres open Monday to Friday from 8:45 am to 11:45 am. Children attend StrongStart with a parent or caregiver. StrongStart Facilitators are ECE-trained school district employees who lead a variety of learning activities, games, and circle time designed to support children on their learning path.

Step 1: Register for StrongStart
We welcome you and your child to join us at StrongStart. Please register your child using the听. To register, you will need to upload a photo of proof of your child鈥檚 age (e.g. birth certificate, passport, landed immigrant authorization, or INAC status card). Please complete a separate registration form for each child under 5 years of age.
